Fresh anchovies

We have a lovey deli in the village.
I called in this morning for two tubs of Waldorf salad.
This picture was taken through the counter glass so not too good.
I have a bit if a things about small fishes like this…..
One of my favourite shirts comes from Seasalt & has lots of small fishes like this all over it.

I like using anchovy paste in some recipes but not the whole fish. UGH
