Williams loaves

Our firefighter grandson in NZ loves baking especially bread.
His grandfather was a baker & the skill has obviously been passed down.
This is sourdough bread & he even made his own sourdough starter.
I tried his baking when I stayed with him & his wife Erin in April.
I had a fabulous cheese & onion tart.
