Burano store by happypat

Burano store

So colourful. Loved the washing & all the stuff for sale.
A treasure trove of colour.
I’m not a person who wears much colour, I’ve bought things in NZ in the past & when I get it home I think why on Earth did I buy that…I resisted!

Such a lovely looking shop, so much character & the colours are fabulous. I'm intrigued how they get the washing in and out?!

Beautifully bright and I too love the washing line.

@leggzy They lean out of the windows & the line is on a sort of runner….they peg something out then move it along until it’s all hanging out. We had one out or our apartment window. We didn’t use it but wished I had now!

Actually looking at this one I think it’s just a row of three lines but the principle is the same.

What lovely memories these shots bring. We have been there 3 or 4 years ago. The place is very colourful Fav.

I’ve always done the same thing when traveling. Finally stopped feeling obligated to purchase things that would not work when I got home. This is a wonderful image!

@happypat I think I can see little rollers at the ends when I zoom in. Thanks for the explanation
