On my way home with the bread I called into our neighbours who have four new additions to their family.
These are Springer Spaniel pups, three weeks old, three girls & one boy all spoken for long before they were born.
So sweet. Mums name is Sadie & she is a great mum.
They were in a box because they had just been to the vets for a check up.
@thistle@thresheg Thank you both....they were so silky. I was tempted myself but I don't think we will have another dog now....so tying when we go away!
You could always get someone to come and stay in your place and look after the dog and the cat? However, I think Springer's are a young person's dog - they have so much energy!
@maggiemae we have tried that maggiemae but six weeks is a long time!! No I think it's best we don't have a dog tempting though they are when you see these!
@busylady No not really Judith....so sweet but when we go away its a nightmare finding someone to mind our animals for a month or six weeks. If we hadn't that problem we would get another Labrador tomorrow!
