Inspired by Gina Soden (see the link in the Discussion section) I wanted to take a photo in an abandoned building today. Unfortunately it is hard to find one here. Buildings that are abandoned gets secured and closed off immediately and demolished pretty quickly (EHS rules).
However you can find remains of abandoned buildings from WWii almost everywhere around here. This shot is from an old artillery site not far from where I live.
lovely grungy feel to this - yes, similar to here, I can find the old gun emplacements all over the place, but the deserted school building next door is in the process of getting even more fenced off (because school kids found their way through the fence here)
