The Ferry to Corran

We didn't take this ferry, but our bunkhouse at the weekend was just at the departure point for this small ferry across to Corran (still on the Scottish mainland). It seemed to run about every half hour, taking cars and passengers.

We will return to take that ferry and tackle some of those hills over there. Just not this year.

It so nice to see pictures of fellow photographers from places I have been. I immediately had a flashback. We took this ferry with our vehicle in september 2019 and the road over there led us to the most beautiful and remote landscapes. (And my trusty camera broke over there,...) For proof I put a pic on "our" the google share,...

@jamibann Oh thanks for the comments in "our" drive, and need to look them up ;-) I feel sometimes the same, that I see pictures of Switzerland of places, I have never been, despite exploring our little country quite a bit, and travels just find the special spots. And for sure Corran (and especially the other side), was a special. But aren't such a lot of spots beautiful, if we just open our eyes and look at them with "love". (Your photo quiz is the proof).
