Mike continues to work from home these days as a result of the coronavirus pandemic. As I worked on cleaning the foyer, I could see him through the french doors that lead into the den. He spends alot of time in this position these days — leaned back in the chair while on the phone rather than looking down at the desk or at his computer screens — as many clients call with questions about the government's economic stimulus efforts. No shirt and tie here at home, but working just as hard — the adding machine tape flowing over the edge of the desk and pooling on the floor attests to that.
You have framed this perfectly as if the cross is protecting Mike and his work! Maybe that is why he can look so relaxed and comfortable as he continues from home. There is no question that working from home in our house involves long hard hours of intensity. That is why I have had so little time to enjoy other projects.
@helenhall You noticed the cross! I did intentionally frame this to remind of the Lord's continuous presence even in this difficult circumstance. I certainly understand how busy work can get, leaving little time for much else. I'm hopeful that things will return to a more normal state soon. Thank you for commenting...I always appreciate your thoughts.
I love this and the way you have used the frame to add the cross into the photo. I knew the minute I seen it, that the cross would have been an intentional addition you so lovingly created within your photo.
