Best on black. I put the color version of this (that I've posted here before) in Blake Rudis' f 64 elite critique and he suggested I convert it to a high contrast black and white. I liked how it turned out so I figured I would share it here.

This is a very powerful image Jane, the new edit has transformed an already very good photo into something quite special. As you know I follow Blake Rudis too, so saw the critique. I hope to get organised to send in one or two of my photos soon.
These were stunning images when you first posted them. In b&w the dunes are just as stunning but I think the man and his footprints now have more prominence with that long line of prints now acting as a leading line into the back dunes. I'm so pleased you posted it for us to see. :)
