Up the road from where we are staying is a farming coop where they raise, mill, sell coffee. They also sell coconut tropical dreams ice cream- my favorite. We have this crazy habit of having ice cream for our lunch while we stay here. Ironically we hardly ever eat sugar at home. Anyway, there are some very interesting buildings there. I played around with making it black and white
I think B&W was the way to go, probably color would have distracted from the structural elements. I really like the amount of sky you put init emphasizes the height, and reminds me of the tropical location.
I'd love to see that in operation. I bet it smelled great there! (I love the smell but hate the drink).
When I visited Rome I ate gelato for 2 or 3 meals! I wish I could remember the bizarre flavors I tried. Speaking of which, have you had an avocado milkshake yet? (in Hawaii)
