Lesson today- Don't give UP! & have a fall back shot. Last night went to get a moon rise shot of the Hunter's Moon and then attempted this morning to get a moon set shot. Clouds were everywhere! I will not give up on my quest to capture of the full moon set. Thankfully Mother Nature gives me an opportunity on a regular basis. This was opposite of last night's view taken with my other (un-tripoded) camera.
@graemestevens Gobsmacked for the fav, thank you. This was just a toss shot while I was waiting for the moon to do her thing.
@joemuli So very grateful for the fav, thank you kindly.
@jmdspeedy I hadn't realized that my camera time is off- being at 7000 ft does crazy things. I had set up for the moon shot and was waiting for it so I took my other camera and took a few snaps and got really lucky.
@gamelee Thank you so much. I can't complain when I get shots like this but really didn't plan it. The wind was buffeting me around as well.
@pusspup So very grateful for the fav, thank you kindly.
@stephanies I thank you so very very much. I just snapped this as I was waiting for the light and exposure on the wooden statues shot (PMAE No 64) to be what I wanted.
