(delayed posting with apologies -- I'm well now but I was so sick for several days)
Clearly I as at an international gathering -- My many friends contributed: German allergy meds, Australian allergy meds, British decongestant, Russian cough drops, Slovakian cough suppressant drops, Japanese moisture mask, American ginger tea, Swiss inhaler, and the Japanese stomach meds to mediate all this international effort going on in my body.
That's pretty amazing! While I've done things internationally, and been with friends overseas, the meds trickle in one at a time and wouldn't have made for as interesting a photo as this one is!
