Let there be Light

The nights are starting to draw in and we don't have any street lights in the village, so I thought I would treat myself with these solar lights for the front door. Cheap to run, in fact nothing, and very cheap to buy at just £3.50 each, (Less than $5 US each).

They don't give out a great deal of light but my front door gets all the sun through the day and they are well charged. The main thing is they make my front porch look pretty.

The saying "Let there be Light", is an English translation of Hebrew words "Yehi Oi" found in first part of the Hebrew Bible. It can also be found in songs and a film. The light I get to brighten the night is good enough for me.
