The little town of Frederick,Md. put 24 boats in the creek that runs through old town. It started six years ago with one boat. It's a fundraiser to raise money for different charities. A merchant builds a boat and picks the charity of their choice then for a dollar you can vote for your favorite boat. The merchant that raises the most money for their charity receives a trophy and bragging rights.
