Taken from the second floor of the Library Of Congress looking out one of the many windows. I thought it was one impressive view of the US Capital. Repair work is going on the left end of the building. The Washington Monument is also in view on the left.
I like the way that you captured the sidewalk so the curves take your eye into the image, and how nice of the clouds to cooperate and offer wispy texture to the sky.
