Count Me In

The RSPB Big Garden Birdwatch today and this Robin was determined to get counted. We see Robins most winters but this winter in particular they are ever present. There are at least two this winter but I've never known them to breed. While we don't have too many different species at this time of year I can confirm that the RSPB's priority species of House Sparrow and Starling are thriving in this part of the UK.
Good shot, we get starlings in the garden quite regularly, but not sparrows. I totally forgot to do the bird count this year.
