I'm going to lead!

This little Mallard family was quacking and fussing about who was in charge I'm guessing. Finally one of the males started flying and they all settled down. I kept seeing this family when I would take the back roads to the grocery. Today I took my camera and walked the trail by their man-made pond, I'm glad I did!

Aren't they a hoot? I often can't believe the conversations and squabbles they get into as someone new joins the group! When we eat dinner outside, they're a most entertaining floor show!
