At the Riverwalk development close by the landscaping has matured beautifully. They have finally built a parking garage to take care of the parking. That was the biggest hurdle to luring businesses to the Riverwalk, until Covid came along. So there have been no weddings in the chapel and no restaurants have opened. Evidently the developers have deep pockets because the landscaping is nurtured and maintained perfectly. The housing development is complete and I think fully occupied, now if the businesses can open it will be quite a place.
