@olivetreeann Yes there is Ann, the name of the restaurant is Salt. I should maybe have explained but was very rushed yesterday. The chef travelled the world to find various kinds of salt and is passionate about them. He brought back 12 different varieties and cooks with them. Those are samples on the shelf for patrons to try ;-)
