Photo 2182
Grazing peacefully
while the new green is still fenced in till it grows more. The green on the slope behind, are vines.
If not fenced in, the giraffes would eat it all within a few days.

Wonderful shot. I am always in awe at how their stripes so seamlessly complete each other.

Terrific close-up image of these beautiful animals. I only realized recently that they are not black and white only but have brown in them as well. This photo clearly shows that

I guess the zebras would eat the grapevines too if given the chance.

This is amazing! The only way I can see a zebra is to go to the zoo. Look at how they're right there, grazing away! Wow!

Did you deliberately wait until their stripes lined up? Because that's amazing!!

Nice shot- that's interesting how they both protect the land and the allow the giraffes to eat the grass when they have enough for them.
