This is a New Zealand deer farm. We went there for a holiday here in a delightful cottage set in a "Garden of National Significance" as they say, and it was only 2 hours away. You don't see this in normal downtown places. These antlers are currently farmed for the velvet (antlers) to be removed harmlessly and sold on the international market.
