I love mist or fog - it softens outlines and hides defects. Across the road from our gateway, the far away trees look different!

I love the atmosphere. The branches in the foreground emphasize the fog's density and the trees in the distance play their part. I'm glad the monstrous dog across the road didn't lunge out of the fog with Mr M held fast in his slavering jaws.

We are two of a kind, Maggiemae! I LOVE the mist/fog ... and we only had one day of it this year. By the time I got my gear ready, it was gone. I think that it makes everything more beautiful too ... just as in your photo here! GORGEOUS!
