I liked some sort of slanting look on a shot which was called something that someone might want to update me on? However this was natural.... I was lying on my side photographing this feather that floated in on the breeze. I did get up from this position, never fear!
Love the detail in this, there's something special about feathers, I actually miss them living here, as we only really get minor birds, it's rare if you find a feather as large as this one
Well, I don't know what this angle did to your body, but it certainly played tricks on my mind! I can forgive it though, because that finely detailed view of the feather is quite amazing and worth viewing.
Dutch tilt or Dutch angle Maggie! I'm
doing it for my get pushed challenge this week!! Works well here too... And I know what you mean about getting up... Wish I'd discovered photography when my knees were younger!!
I agree with Jackie the g @jackie8 getting up & down is a challenge in itself these days !! but well done Maggie its a lovely capture .I love feather photos -.so light & gentle looking
The feather is lovely but I love that sun on your grass better...just beautiful light, you would just want to lie on the grass & we probably wouldn't be able to get up anyway!!
@yonnie isn't it, Yvonne! The grass. John bought me a new mower. With an electric start and it is self propelled so I get taken around the lawns and swung around the trees! Quite exciting!
Lovely feather and lovely detail. I've learnt something new - Dutch Tilt! Who'd have thought!! And I'm joining the group wishing they'd discovered photography before the bits and pieces started creaking!
