More experiments

On the right is a natural coloured one and on the left I used posterisation with a bit of doodling. Had my hair cut so this is a diary photo. Found so many settings on my camera made me look awful so I kept trying. Flash was ghastly! Really needed a flash that could be directed elsewhere for good lighting!

Love the collage! Yes, an external flash that can be fired remotely and directed to a wall to bounce the light is definitely on my list! Until then I will not be attempting any selfies.... ;-)))

Lovely haircut! I like the more natural portrait - well done you for doing selfies- I hate doing them as I always manage to look like I am going to be shot . Have you tried a b& w conversion? As you can see from my recent portrait of Sophie I like them as I think it can be quite flattering.

I think selfies are so brave! Love your haircut & I do like the one on the left ....I think I might quite like a version of that one myself! You look about thirty on that one but you are yourself on the one on the right....a warmer proper human being who looks wonderful!

Your normal selfie shot is a ice look. However, I love the way you have done the processing in the rh one. Its a great look and you rae really looking out of your eyes at us. Its one to put on display I think.
