A couple years ago I sneakily took a photo I really, really liked, but I didn't have a date to post it and I wasn't sure it would be "fair" or appropriate, though, like yours, it was in a restaurant. :-\
@rhoing Depends to some extent on the legal situation in your country. So far. As I understand the Australian laws, it’s ok not to ask permission so long as the image is taken in a public place and not used for commercial or public display purposes or the person (if they know) specifically asks you not to use the photo. I’d be very very wary about taking sneaky shots at the beach, except for friends or family, and public pools here usually have a blanket ban on all cameras. A bit hopeful that one with all the phones in all the bags/pockets.
@haskar Not sure what you mean -the yolks are full of protein and the whites have very little. I like to combine the whites with the yolks in my spoonful of deliciousness!
@haskar Well, this is what I learnt: The white contains more than half the egg's total protein, a majority of the egg's niacin, riboflavin, magnesium, potassium and sodium, and none of the fat. The white of a large egg contains about 17 calories. No more to be said!
