This was taken around this date (I'm posting this in November -- filling in two pesky empty spots in September). It was a display at a county museum of a local man's collection -- primarily old phonographs of various makes and vintages. But he also collected other things -- especially mechanical items he could tinker with, figure out how they worked, fix them up... He is now deceased and his wife is preparing to sell the vast collection. I'm so glad I got to see it. I love old 78 rpm records and the phonographs they are played on. These clocks caught my eye.
