He'll never camoflauge!

That electric blue tail on this skink was noticeable all the way across the patio! Not good for hiding, but he sure could scurry fast.

Oh my, what an amazing blue! I was curious about this skink, so I looked it up online: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Plestiodon. It can shed its tail and grow a new one! Nice capture!

Great find and capture! I wonder why they are such a bright blue, it's a most unusual colour to see like this in nature. Also, I wonder what those blister like things are on its back and head? Intriguing!
