Keep These Babies Coming!

Found another Monarch Caterpillar - this time on my very little, very puny looking, milkweed that never really grew this year. Didn't seem to bother him though. Their little feet make me think they're wearing white socks with black shoes

And my milkweed has grown like anything (in a window box on my balcony), but I have yet to see a single butterfly or caterpillar. :(

Wonderful to see a caterpillar. I've been looking but nothing. I was excited yesterday cause I saw 5 Monarchs! I had been seeing the same one for most of the summer. I could tell because he had the same scarred wings.

Gorgeous caterpillar! I love those little back feet they have....I call them Teddy Bear Feet. So unlike their sharp, pointed insect feet at the front end.
