I've never seen skies like this before in the morning with all those wavy motions - very little processing other that some cropping and a tap to the saturation.

Beautiful beautiful sunrise. I think I was waving motions might be caused from upper-level winds. I i'm not a meteorologist so don't take my word for it but it does look like the winds caught the clouds in the wisped them.
