Winds were so strong that even sitting and propping my arms I couldn't hold the camera steady. Can't decide if this is the same heron I found the other day - he was on the other side of the inlet this time
@janiskay The background of the shot is different - but right in front of him - and I couldn't get a good angle to show it - was the river. It almost looks like he's standing by a path but it's really the bank down to the boat launch area in this little inlet.
