I tried my hardest to catch a glimpse (with the camera) of this grasshopper's face - if I'd go left, he'd go right - I go right, he goes left! But he never moved more that an inch or two and only the head. We did this for nearly 5 minutes. He never jumped away. I finally conceded he was the winner because I couldn't stay crouched down any longer with hope of ever getting back up!
Oh boy, he is hanging on for dear life! All that green around him makes his dark body stick out even more! If he only knew....Nice shot Milanie, as always!
