Whirly Bird

First Ebony Jewelwing Damselfly I've spotted this summer - wouldn't stay still and sleek - he's the only damselfly with black wings and they were sure spread.

They were out today in Michigan also. The one I photographed mostly held its wings together, but occasionally opened them like a butterfly might. Nice shot. They are so pretty.
