Just realized so many of the trees are leafing out and losing their flowers and I hadn't gotten any dogwood shots this spring. Knew of one tree not in someone's yard - so grabbed the keys and said heck with the high winds - I'll give it a try.
@jgpittenger I was standing on top of a tall pile of gravel trying to get on eye level with that lowest branch (which wasn't very low). Hope the baseball team practicing in the field nearby wasn't too puzzled!
