You may know that the modern English alphabet has 26 letters. But did you know that the Hebrew alphabet has 24, the Arabic alphabet has 28, the Greek alphabet has 24 like Hebrew and the Cyrillic alphabet has 31? Well, if you didn't, you do now.
@kimmistephens Thank you Kimmi! @la_photographic Thanks Laura! I'm just having fun with it- glad you're liking it! @kerristephens Thank you Kerri! @steeler Thanks Howard! @karenann Thanks Karenann- yes I am in some ways. I'm afraid when I see one, I won't remember where I saw it! @allie912 Thanks Allison- it's part of a pewter picture frame that has a lovely picture of my mother from her college days in it.
@digitalrn Thanks Rick- it's a lovely pewter frame that has a picture of my mother in it from her college days. I was tempted to post the whole thing, but it was harder to see the N that way.
@prttblues Thanks Bev- I'm starting to go crazy with it though. I think of upcoming letters all the time and worry that I won't be able to find them!! Like R! rrrrrrrr- haven't found anything I really like for that one yet!
@summerfield I think the Cyrillic alphabet is the Russian alphabet. It has a couple letters which have a final form when they appear on the end of a word, so they didn't get counted. Hebrew has that too on 5 of their consonants.
I am so far behind here on 365 in just one day! Loving how you're finding these letters. Not only that but the shots are terrific, the way they are displayed.
