The picture on the right was posted on February 5th in black and white for the Black and White Book Club. It's basically been snowed here all day so before it got too dark, I quickly popped outside to take an updated shot of our snowy chair.

Thanks Rick, Hope, Lisa, Timothy, Keith, Dione and Carole! The sun finally appeared today- after 15 inches of snow fell yesterday. But the temperatures are too cool for anything to melt. I honestly can say that we have not had a winter like this since I was a child. And that's a LONG time ago!! Thanks for all your great comments!

Nice shot, Ann! Great comparison! Looks like you got walloped pretty good! We did too... Picture will be posted later. I had to unbury my car from nearly 2 feet of snow this morning!! We have some wicked high snowbanks! Glad that you are safe and well and hope you didn't lose power. Well done on the diptych! :)
