Fun with a Fountain x Annfoolery Style

After Haskar said she would like an editing idea, I decided to have a go at her picture. Here's what I did based on what I thought would work with her picture:

1. I rotated the picture 90 degrees.
2. I raised the vibrance to make the black, blue and yellow in a bolder contrast.
3. I applied a "posterize" effect to the picture.
4. I applied a second "vibrance" effect which turned the yellow spots into red.
5. I added a small black border around the edges.
