Summer is over

Today is the first day of autumn and it has poured with rain all day! This poor little lorikeet in our garden doesn't look very happy.
Only reached 22 degrees C here today!! Currently 19 degrees, pretty chilly.

@anazad511 @winnedreamer @melody2289 @mrsbaldy @joluise Thanks for your comments. I didn't venture out today, it has poured all day and is still raining. Rained non stop since last night. Perhaps tomorrow I should take a photo of the ark I am about to build! Either that or my webbed feet!

@gamelee @whdphotog @shirleytemple Thanks. We get gangs of lorikeets in the garden, but we have two which particularly think our garden is home and the tend to fight off every other bird. This is one of them. His mate was in the frangipani tree.
