Hinton Bridge, New South Wales

As I seem to be on a bit of a bridge theme at the moment, I thought I would put this photo of Hinton Bridge over the Paterson River in my main album today.

As with Morpeth Bridge, the Hinton Bridge, completed in 1901 is an Allan timber truss road bridge and as you can see Hinton Bridge is also a lift bridge and is one of only three lift bridges in the Hunter region.

I am not sure if a bridge qualifies as architecture, but I will put it in the black and white fortnight architecture theme anyway.
