I am posting a little bit earlier this afternoon because we are out for dinner tonight with friends.
This is a triptych from our day out on the Central Coast last Friday.
This was one of the exhibitions at the Gosford Regional Gallery and is called Reef Dreamscapes by textile artists Helen Lancaster and Maureen Locke-Maclean.
I should have added earlier that the picture on the left is titled 'coral' and the one on the right is called 'bluebottles mobile'. For non Australians bluebottles are Portuguese man o war jellyfish. The picture in the centre is a range of the exhibits.
I can't make this large so can't see all your description Babs, but I think I saw this or something like this a couple of years ago at the Botanical Gardens in Sydney. it makes a nice triptych.

Thanks everyone for your comments and in reply to Kane, you have to be retired to have our social life, that way you can have a Nanna nap if every you need it. (Not that we get time though). For those who asked, yes we had a lovely meal at the Tavern and it was followed by a trivia night quiz which the four of us in our team won. Yea!! We got a free meal voucher each at the Tavern. After the main trivia quiz they have a jackpot quiz of 3 questions and the total of the jackpot stood at $630 because it hadn't been won for quite a while and we won that too. So altogether an excellent night. We have only been to the trivia night twice too, so I think some of the regulars were a bit put out that we won. Next week the jackpot is back to $30.
@paulaw@888rachel Thanks. I think we may need to wear masks if we win the jackpot again. ha ha. Not really worth it until it goes up to a decent amount though.
Very creative Triptych with some wonderful images Babs, just love the artwork, one time on holiday in the Whitsundays I had wear a stinger suit when swimming, not a pretty sight out of the water lol;)
