I have taken lots of photos this last week but with family being here I haven't had chance to process them until now.
I thought that for my Friday people photo I would post this shot of Will on the left and Archie on the right (two of my grandchildren) wearing Viking helmets.
Will was thrilled to bits to be able to try on one of the Viking helmets at the Celtic Festival last Saturday and we bought a helmet for Archie as you can see, complete with ginger hair.
He was watching The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe on DVD that evening with Will and his Mum and felt much braver wearing his Viking helmet.
Will didn't want a pretend helmet he wanted the real thing, but I don't think his pocket money was up to paying for one of those.
@paulaw Thanks Paula. don't tell Archie that though. He watched The Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe on DVD with his Mum that evening on DVD and he wore his Viking helmet because he felt braver. ha ha.
@pcoulson Thanks Peter. Definitely one for the album. Deb does scrapbooking and puts together pictures in an album, she is so creative with her images and really turns the book into a story.
@888rachel Thanks Rachel. It was the ginger hair which really made the helmet. There were lots of red headed Vikings walking around the festival. ha ha. Lots of the kids were dressed up.
