@taffy I am thinking about this year the same as I did last year too. The first year on here I posted a photo taken every day and tried to reply to each comment individually. That doesn't work, it just runs you ragged. Everyone on here is in the same boat and they do understand when you put limits on photos and comments.
I post a photo regardless of when it was taken now and just one that I would like to share. I do group replies sometimes because of limited time as I do want to thank people for taking the trouble to comment and if someone asks a specific question etc I do try to reply to them individually, but I think the best advice I have had so far is 'just enjoy' and that is what I try to do. I hope you can fit in 365 with your busy year, but play by your own rules. I do enjoy your comments and your photos too, so look forward to checking them out in 2016. Happy New Year. Take care of yourself.
@onewing Thanks -- I think I'll do the take it easy route for awhile. I feel so guilty when I don't comment, but having done this almost daily -- even when I wasn't posting -- for 3 years, I think I need to rethink for awhile. I was going to take a total break for awhile, but today say how a lily was shaped as it opened and ended up playing with that one image (stacked from 3) for the evening. Weird...just when I was going to quit, I ended up doing more!
Fantastic news that you're continuing Babs, I do enjoy following your posts. I totally agree with your approach to 365, ever since my first year I've done the same and my stress levels dropped significantly. PS Love the photo.
@onewing Many thanks Babs. Yes i am basically well. Saw your post about the obstacles in the way and yes can only say trying to look over the rocks to the clear water beyond, it is there! We have had lots of family demands which do tend to wear you down. I do have some arthritis in my neck and hands which is a bit restrictive re camera and computer work. The mind is willing but the body not quite so these days. I am a doing person so its a bit frustrating at times when energy gives out.
We also do a lot of lawn bowling, indoors at the moment, which is time consuming. I am hoping to get back to taking more photos which I do enjoy and have some camera club projects to do. I do find it very hard to keep up with the 365 commenting, I am a bit fits and starts but really don't want to give it up completely. I hope all well with you as I see that you have been in the wars in the past while.
hope it is stress free and fun!

We are so lucky to have such a lovely beach so close to our house and luckily there weren't too many people around when I start writing in the sand to set up this photo. Only saw one woman walking her two dogs and one of the dogs walked through what I had written. She apologised for her dog, we had a bit of a chat and then she walked on.
