This is absolutely my most favourite place to walk. I just love walking along the beach or along the sand and in the dunes. I love the vastness of the area and the dunes go on for miles.

It is a perfect place to blow the cobwebs away and lose yourself in your thoughts.

Yes, I totally agree with you, nothing like a nice walk to clear the mind. This spot looks beautiful, fav. I love how the sun is shining on the sands in the background, making them look golden. I love all the open space and the lack of other people. Yes, I would love to take my dogs there and just walk and walk.

Oh I could take a walk there any day. I think it would be most therapeutic. I do wish I was closer to the coast. This is a simply gorgeous scene - looks like a vast beach devoid of commercialism. And that sky is wonderfully bright.

I tried to show the vastness of this beach. It is my favourite place.

Stockton Beach stretches 32 km from here at Birubi Beach, Anna Bay to Stockton in Newcastle. In places the dunes are over 30 metres high and 1 km wide.
