Friday people day again and I took this photo yesterday at the beach when people were trying their best to cool down in the extreme temperatures.

It has been another incredibly hot day again today too.

This scene reminded me of a cartoon I saw in a newspaper a few years ago with the caption 'Psychiatrist has a silent P' and it made me smile.
