The Face in the Woods
I am posting a series of photos this week taken on our walk at Soldiers Point at the beginning of May.
After walking along the beach we wandered into the bushland and followed the paths through the bush.
Can you see the profile of a face in this rock?
I was hoping to spot a goanna while walking through the bush, as I have seen a couple in this particular wood previously, but none about on this day.

Great find, Babs. I can actually see two faces, a profile on the left and on the right a face that is turned slightly and looking down :)

Thanks everyone. I spotted the face looking left, but as Merrelyn said above she can see a face looking to the right too. I hadn't spotted him previously but I can see him now. Maybe I should have called this photo Janus,
I am glad I saw this during the day because as Pat said it could give you a bit of a shock, especially if you saw it at night. Then again I wouldn't be likely to walk in the bushland at night too often. Did it once through this bushland with a group of people together with red torches so we could see the wildlife without affecting the sight of the creatures we found and it is quite scary. The bush is alive at night.
