David treated himself to a new cordless drill yesterday and it came with two spare battery packs. Here is one of the battery packs and as you can see it is almost as big as his hand.
On reading the instructions he saw the following warning - 'Seek medical advice immediately if a battery pack has been swallowed' Really!
Ha ha, you would have to have a REALLY big mouth!! Reminds me of the instructions in my recent purchase of a kettle. After describing how to fill it with water and turn it on, it said "WARNING: kettle may contain very hot water." Well if it doesn't, the manufacturer is in trouble!!
I always like to read instructions if something is Chinese, their translations are priceless. This sounds like something they would say! Fun narrative, Babs!
My immediate reaction was that these instructions are possibly/probably written for items unseen, yet such known to have been abused/misused in the past. It's amazing what people try to ingest...talk to casualty staff!
OMG Now that would be a challenge unless your a Pelican but then again they can't read the warning, but then again those Chinese will cook and eat anything, lovely lighting, detail and framing Babs:)
