Civic Park Fountain

Yesterday I posted a close up photo of this fountain complete with a rainbow in the water spray and today I am positing the whole fountain.

I didn't realize until I got home and saw the photo that I have managed to get a rainbow in the spray of this shot too.

@pusspup Ha ha it is an ugly building and you will laugh too when you see it has the title of War Memorial Cultural Centre. It also houses the local history library and the city library too.

Fav A gorgeous capture and the fountain looks fantastic with the building as a backdrop. We didn't see Druids at the stone circle but they were nice enough to leave this note: "Gone on holiday to Malta".

I agree the building is rather boring. I think it was built in the 1950s but I just wanted to show the whole fountain. I suppose I could have cropped the top half of the building out but it didn't look quite right half cut off.

@onewing You're right, of course. Only other thing to do would've involved Photoshop or the like to cut the fountain out from the rest of the shot.
