We met up with Casablanca today at Chatsworth and had the most wonderful time in the house and then in the garden in the beautiful sunshine!!
Who knew that Casablanca had a hidden talent? When we entered the library she saw the Steinbeck piano and asked the man in charge of the room if she was allowed to play. He was delighted and said go ahead. WOW!! She started to play and then to sing and quickly drew a crowd into the room who got out their phones and started to record her. A round of applause at the end and calls of Bravo!! Who knew we has a superstar with us!! Such a great day meeting up for the first time. 365 does it again bringing us together from across the seas.
Today was very special - not only did the sun shine (after the deluge yesterday) we had a wonderful time meeting up for the first time but feeling as if we have known each other for ever!!

@casablanca I can't resist a piano in the room too - I play music that I make up as I go along but others passing by reward me with their smiles and claps. Don't dare sing though!

Pam, you nailed a wonderfully happy moment here in this gorgeous photo! I knew I liked this lady immediately upon meeting...great sense of humour and she laughs so easily! I'd read of her son's musical talent, but I didn't think it was a family trait...and she spoke of her husband also joining in...Happy Household!
Fabulous! Maybe you should have put on a concert?!? Wish I had stuck with piano but no...ran off to ride my horse instead. But I can sing. Glad you are all making wonderful memories.
