These are the only buds showing in my garden - a few forsythia buds. Everything is about a month late. I went for a drive this morning and there is no sign of life on the trees. It needs to get a move on as I am going on holiday to Devon on the 19th April - perhaps the West Country will be more spring like as it has been much milder down there.

I have to say this was quite a difficult shot today as it was quite windy and the branches were blowing. I tried to use my plamp but that didn't work so it was a case of waiting for a lull and firing away. A Macro lens picks up the slightest breath of movement!! I remember why I like doing macro shots indoors!! LOL!!
