1st November 2013 - Let me whisper in your ear!!

Finally the starlings have discovered the mealworms and this morning the feeder was very busy!! They arrive in a gang and fight to get on the feeder. These two have just given up their place and it looked as if they were having a cosy chat!! I love starlings - such comical noisy birds with lovely markings.

I love starlings, the bicker and fighting makes me laugh.....and their feathers are so stunning in the sunlight. Craig bought me a new bird feeder for the front garden today, in hopes of getting some little birds as the collared doves and pigeons have scared them away from the feeder in the back garen
