Wednesday was my sister's birthday and we went to the seaside!! We started out driving to Whitby but as we got higher and entered the North Yorkshire Moors we went into the cloud and it was like driving in a pea souper!! We decided to go back to Scarborough where we walked on the beach and then had the most delicious fish and chips sitting in the car looking out to sea!! Wonderful. We then drove on to Filey and this is where I took this photo of Barbara. I had to use this for my shot of the day.

Still feeling very stiff and sore - I seem to keep finding new places I have hurt and hadn't realised. Lovely bruises!!
