This was the view from the garden. There was a barbeque on the edge of the lake with all the charcoal and equipment - so thoughtful!! A very peaceful place to sit and watch the fish jumping. Well peaceful apart from Finlay barking at the echo of his bark rolling around the valley. So funny - he was barking at himself!!
Many thanks for your lovely comments on all the pics I uploaded yesterday. I have passed the comments on Molly's shots on to Ruth and she was touched.
Still trying to catch up. I am making a photobook for Ruth of the photos of her girls. It's her birthday next month and I thought it would be a nice surprise.
@maggiemae There are two cottages next to each other and both have unlimited access to the lake and the field. The barbeque is for both cottages. If you fancied fishing that was available too. I kept Finlay on the lead when down by the lake as it was quite a steep drop down and it looked deep. I didn't fancy having to go in after him!!
